Returns & Exchanges
It is our Policy that items must be returned within 10 days of delivery/pickup for a refund of the purchase price, less any delivery fee (Not Refundable), re-delivery fee and/or return merchandise pick up fee and a 25% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE APPLIED; Products in question must be in new condition and a purchase receipt must be provided before the merchandise can be returned/exchanged. Returns are to be handled by the customer, including transportation. Refunds will be issued by check or card used at the time of purchase or Cash App should a card or check not suffice. No cash refunds. Please allow up to 5 business days for credit card returns to process. Any refunds requested after 10 days or for items being held will not be granted unless restocking fee and delivery fee are subtracting from original purchase amount and is at the discretion of owner.
In the event that a customer has a covered warranty issue – TO BE APPROVED BY THE STORE, the customer will be provided identical replacement or repair at no charge within 1st (2) years of purchase.
